How can you maintain a candle wax sculpture from melting? - liquid glass wax

I can not hold candle wax into a solid form for a while.

I wonder whether there is any way possible to make candle wax over a longer period at room temperature?

I also wonder if I put the sculpture in the candle in a glass box and somehow there is a liquid substance that would not melt.

If candle wax is not the best material for a masterpiece, what kind of wax is well suited to be a sculpture?
